Private Dining and Events

Corporate bookers choose whoever answers first with a clear price. I make sure that is you.

THE PROBLEM THIS SOLVES

Corporate event bookings are the most valuable tables a restaurant sells: the client dinner, the team celebration, the year-end buyout. They are also the easiest to lose without ever knowing it existed.

More and more, the booking starts with an assistant, a person or an AI. Someone asks for a private dining room for twenty near the office, with a screen, for a client dinner. They send three enquiries and book whoever answers first with a clear price. If your room is hard to find, your events page has no capacities or prices, or the reply takes two days, the booking went somewhere else before anyone on your team saw it.

WHAT I CHECK

1. Found for event searches.

What four AI assistants say when asked for a private dining room, a client dinner venue or a group dinner near you. Are you named?

2. Your events page, as a booker reads it.

Rooms, capacities, AV, minimum spend or package prices, sample menus and drinks packages. Are they there, as text, where a person and an assistant can both read them?

3. Enquiry to proposal.

With your written go-ahead, a test enquiry is sent and timed: how fast the reply comes, whether it is a real proposal with a price, and whether anyone follows up.

4. The platforms bookers use.

The event venue marketplaces, your reservation platform's private dining listing and your Google profile, with the same rooms, capacities and photographs everywhere.

5. Your packages.

Clear packages at clear prices, or a negotiation on every enquiry? Is the drinks package priced to earn, or just to fill a line?

6. Your repeat bookers.

Do you know who your corporate regulars are, and is there any reason for them to come back?

WHAT YOU GET

1. Your events page, rewritten.

Rooms, capacities, AV, packages and prices as text, with the structured data assistants read.

2. Three packages.

For example a client dinner, a team celebration and a full buyout, each with a price, a menu and a drinks package, designed to be said yes to without a phone call.

3. The same-day proposal.

A reply template and a simple process, so every enquiry gets a priced proposal within hours, not days.

4. Platform listings.

Set up or corrected on the marketplaces corporate bookers actually use, consistent everywhere.

5. A corporate outreach plan.

The companies within reach, who books for them, usually an executive assistant or an office manager, and a short, honest first message.

6. The before and after.

The event searches and the test enquiry run again after sixty days, and a simple tracker from enquiry to proposal to booking to event revenue.

WHAT I DO NOT DO

I do not plan or book your events, and I take no commission on any booking. You pay a fixed fee, and I take nothing from event platforms, marketplaces or suppliers I mention.

Test enquiries are only ever sent with your written go-ahead, from an address you know about. Nobody's time is wasted without their owner agreeing to it.

No fake or incentivised reviews, and no promise that an assistant will name you. What I promise is that you are readable, reachable and fast.

If you are a restaurant in my own city, I will tell you so and point you toward someone good.

THE FEE

One venue: $8,000 CAD, fixed, about three weeks.

It pairs well with the Beverage Revenue Audit, so your event drinks packages are priced to earn as well as to sell.

Groups are scaled. The arithmetic is simple: put your own average event spend next to two more corporate dinners a month.

WHY ME

At my own restaurant I planned, organized and ran private dining and events, and worked them on the night as host and sommelier. I have been the person answering the enquiry, building the proposal, and pouring for the table once they said yes. I know where bookings are lost.

I also build the tools that test how assistants see a venue, so the part of this that is new, being found by the AI a booker asks, is measured rather than guessed.

THE RECORD SO FAR

The record starts with the first clients. Anonymised before and after results will be published here. No client is ever named.

TO TALK ABOUT YOUR EVENTS

Send a link to your events page and tell me roughly how many private events you run a month. That is enough to start.

DIRECT ANSWERS

How can a restaurant get more corporate event bookings?

Be findable when bookers and AI assistants search for private dining, publish rooms, capacities and package prices as text, reply to every enquiry with a priced proposal the same day, and list consistently on the platforms corporate bookers use. Private Dining and Events does all four for one venue for a fixed $8,000 CAD, with a before and after at sixty days. No commission.

How do I market a private dining room?

Treat the events page as the sales pitch: rooms and capacities, AV, three clear packages with prices, sample menus and drinks packages, and photographs of the room set for an event. Then make the reply fast. Corporate bookers usually choose the first clear, priced answer they get.
